I typically weigh myself in the morning but I forgot. I weighed myself when I got home from work and I have hit the 65 pound mark! I feel starting back up running is correlated with my weight loss. Tomorrow will be Day 2 of Week 3 of a couch to 5k program. I am pushing myself to do this for me! I can't imagine myself going back to how I used to live. I'm doing this for my future because my future is grim if I am not healthy.
Going to keep working hard at becoming healthy for my future and go against the flow in my household.
